Saint Stephan is also known as the "Seven Churches Basilica" because inside are still visible the rests of many different architectural styles developed in centuries. This Church was built on 440 by Saint Petronio. Among the seven churches, the most important is the Crocifisso's one. Saint Sepolcro's one is very interesting as well and much more ancient.
